Welcome to Chess Console. These Terms govern the limited pre-access service for AI-enhanced chess coaching with Stockfish and GPT. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Chess Console provides AI-enhanced chess coaching services that combine Stockfish engine data with AI to help users improve their chess skills and knowledge. Our services include opening detection, move idea calculation, personalized analysis, and other features as described on our website.
To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If we discover that a person under 16 has created an account, we will terminate that account immediately.
Each account receives an initial prompt allowance. Additional access requests are reviewed manually and can be accepted or declined.
You can stop using Chess Console at any time. We can also limit or end access when this is necessary to protect the service or its users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, abuse of our services, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Chess Console and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chess Console shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Chess Console operates from the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by them.
